Sending print files
The submission of files for each job can only be carried out after confirming the order, through the dedicated “Customer Area” of the site, using the credentials received via email.
The optimal file resolution is between 72 and 120 dpi in jpg format.
Our verification process blocks files with resolutions or formats other than those specified.
Lead times
The arrival of files, order confirmations, or payments later than requested will lead to subsequent delays in delivery times.
Liability disclaimer clause
Fastand shall not be held liable to the client and/or beneficiary of the service for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any errors of any nature in the printing of files sent by the customer.
Likewise, Fastand shall not be held liable for direct and/or indirect damages due to non-delivery and/or delayed delivery of the material, nor shall it be held liable for any damage and/or breakdowns suffered during transport. Any damage of this type must be verified IN FRONT OF THE COURIER. Similarly, the integrity of the packaging and the number of packages must be checked in front of the courier. Any discrepancies must be reported directly to the courier, noting them on the delivery note (DDT) and communicated to Fastand IMMEDIATELY via fax or email. If, despite the intact packaging and no other imperfections, the material inside is damaged, the damage must MANDATORILY be reported within TWO days of receipt. No complaint regarding quality can be considered AFTER THE USE of the material, as it is no longer possible to demonstrate in any way that any damage was present at the source or caused by improper use.
In no case can Fastand be held liable for direct or indirect damages for an amount exceeding the supply amount net of ancillary costs.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Since a personalized production process is started following order confirmation and file upload, Fastand exercises the exclusion of the right of withdrawal pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 55, paragraph 2, letters a) and c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Jurisdiction
For any dispute that may arise, the Parties recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, regardless of the place of conclusion of the contract, the domicile of the client, or the place of payment, even if by means of securities and/or bank receipts.
Information notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no. 196 “Personal Data Protection Code”
Fastand s.r.l., as the data controller, informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code, that the personal data collected by filling out the form below will be processed for the purpose of: a) establishing and executing the contractual relationships concluded with you as well as responding, before the conclusion of the contract, to your specific requests; b) fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations; c) allowing you to register and access the reserved areas of this website.
The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in points a), b), and c) above does not require your consent pursuant to Art. 24 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
Personal data will be processed on paper and through electronic, computer, or telemetric tools.
The provision of data relating to fields marked as non-mandatory is optional. The provision of data is mandatory as such data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations. Any refusal to provide them may make it impossible for Fastand s.r.l. to carry out the fulfillments connected to the contractual relationship concluded with you.
Personal data will not be subject to disclosure and may be communicated in Italy or in other EU countries to subjects who handle the delivery of products, credit institutions, couriers, and our legal and tax consultants.
For the purposes indicated above, the data may come to the knowledge of the Data Processor and the employees and collaborators of Fastand s.r.l. designated as persons in charge of processing. The pro tempore head of the Administration Office has been appointed as the Data Processor.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relationships and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all related legal obligations.
By sending a communication to Fastand s.r.l., via Solone Reccagni, 15b Castel Mella (BS), you may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, including the right to obtain an indication of the origin, purposes, and methods of processing personal data; the updating, rectification or, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
