Fastflex* is an invention developed by Fastand. Years of work and testing have allowed us to make this innovative and globally unique idea a reality. After various tests, this new construction material was perfected and is now used in many of our products, making them unique and allowing for truly distinctive shapes.

Only thanks to this Fastand innovation can we dare to design shapes that were previously unthinkable. Fastflex* is flexible, foldable, and moldable, yet also load-bearing, impact-resistant, non-toxic, water-repellent, and fire-retardant.

FastWood was created in 2024 in our laboratories. FastWood is a foldable and rollable wooden panel; like Fastflex, it is used to cover desks and reception areas. With its soft, designer shape, it is impact-resistant, fire-retardant, and has a high load-bearing capacity.

Fastwood consists of a base panel to which real wood slats are attached. The slats can have different shapes, different sizes and finishes. This innovation can be combined with Fastflex or used individually as a coating and surface finish for many of our products.

International patent year 2025, for the creation of Roll-up Exhibition Displays. Thanks to this tubular locking system, the force of the rotation spring that is used in the display banners is interrupted.

The classic metal hook is thus replaced by this slide system. Its key feature is that by sliding forward, it enters the tubular stop, locking the rotation; furthermore, it is also used while setting up the roll-up to adjust and manage the tilt of the graphic banner, ensuring a perfect display result and absolute formal perfection.

FastLink* features a lock-like mechanism to join two individual panel pieces. It is used for closing our products, such as the Talento series and others.

Thanks to this system, the closure is more durable, handles high forces, and is very easy to use. A unique innovation that has allowed us to greatly simplify panel-to-panel connection, perfecting the aesthetic and ensuring greater material longevity. It opens with a click and closes with a bayonet mount; it is slim, space-saving, and made entirely of plastic.

FastConnect* is the revolutionary tube-to-tube connection system. Thanks to this system, we have eliminated all the screws and metal hardware previously used in some products. It has improved elegance and aesthetics, opening the way for new high-design lines.

The 4-way system allows for manually screwing two tubular profiles together—an easy operation that is usually unsightly and lacks durability.

High-strength plastics with three-dimensional shapes make it easy to manage the interlocking of profiles, even those of different sizes.

FastSlide* was created in 2024 with the goal of integrating hardware into the connection of two metal parts.

In previous products, the two parts were joined with screws; replacing them with this system has allowed us to have a single unit that includes both the impact- and wear-resistant screws and the bolts. Everything is contained and managed within a single block. No more scattered or lost screws during the assembly of a portable product.

FastSlide is a slide system that, when inserted into two metal parts, connects and fixes them quickly and intuitively, eliminating the screws, bolts, and all the tools previously required for this operation.

How do you screw a panel to a tubular profile without being able to rotate it? This is Fastand’s great idea for this type of problem. Thanks to the FastScrew30* system, you can screw a panel on without tools and without rotating the tube.

The system is typically used in our reception desks to facilitate assembly and allow anyone to easily set up a stand without using screws or various tools. Made entirely of ultra-resistant plastics, it is sold pre-assembled to simplify use. By turning the knob lever, the joint is screwed into the aluminum profile, allowing it to be secured.

Very similar in concept to the 30 system but with a different design, for a different purpose. This is Fastand’s great idea for this type of problem. Thanks to this FastScrew50* system, you can screw in two aluminium profiles without tools and without rotating any profiles.

The system is usually used in the Lineo wall version, but also in other specific cases. Thanks to this system, we are able to screw from any side and connect two aluminum profiles without rotating them, allowing for the simple assembly of any element.

FastKnob* is the innovative tensioning and connection system between the panel and the aluminum profile. Extensive testing was conducted to find the best solution, which, as always, must be easy for the user while remaining effective and durable over time. As of today, Fastflex cladding is more effective and simple, thanks to the new Fastknob* tensioning system. This system ensures maximum adhesion between the frame and the cladding, making the desk more stable during use. The circular snap-action lever stays in position and can only be opened by pulling the lever outward.

Several factors contribute to the success of this accessory, which is typically used in reception desks to tension the Fastflex panel onto the counter structure. Made of plastic and equipped with a rubber-coated metal wire, it acts as a tie-rod by winding the wire inside the system. Releasing it is easy—just pull the button outward. By pushing the button inward, the system is ready to rewind the wire.

This innovative system offers multiple scenarios for attaching accessories to a profile. FastBlock* in the 50 version, as shown in the photo, allows you to turn the knob inserted into the joint; by tightening onto the tube, the component is fixed at the desired height. It opens and closes easily, allowing you to set the height for a brochure holder or other stand accessories.

The knob has varying thickness, so rotating it changes the internal diameter, causing it to compress against the aluminum tube.

Attaching an accessory will be simpler and aesthetically perfect. Available in various colors, it is typically used in the Punto, Regale, and Stilo lines.
