Fastflex* is an invention developed at Fastand. Years of work and testing have allowed us to make this innovative and unique idea possible. After various tests, this new construction material was developed, which we include in many of our products and which makes them unique and with truly distinctive shapes.

Only thanks to this Fastand innovation can we dare to design shapes that until now were unthinkable even to imagine. Fastflex* is flexible, foldable, shapeable, but also load-bearing and impact-resistant, non-toxic, water-repellent, and fireproof.

FastWood was created in 2024 in our workshops. FastWood is a foldable and rollable wooden panel; like Fastflex, it is used to cover desks and receptions. With a soft, design-oriented shape, it is impact-resistant, fireproof, and has a high load capacity in terms of crushing weight.

Fastwood consists of a base panel onto which real wood slats are attached. The slats can have different shapes, different dimensions, and finishes. This innovation can be combined with Fastflex or used on its own as a covering and surface finish for many of our products.

International patent year 2025, for the production of Roll-up Display exhibits. Thanks to this tubular locking system, the force of the rotation spring used in display-banner roll-ups is interrupted.

The classic metal hook is therefore replaced by this sliding system. Its feature is that, by sliding forward, it enters the tubular stop and blocks rotation, but it is also used during the use of the roll-up to decide and manage the inclination of the graphic fabric, allowing precisely a perfect display result and absolute formal perfection.

FastLink* has the feature of locking two individual panel pieces together like a lock. It is used in the closing of our products such as the Talento series and others.

Thanks to this system, the closure is more resistant, handles high forces, and is very simple to use. A unique innovation that has allowed us to greatly simplify panel-to-panel attachment, perfecting the aesthetic level and guaranteeing greater durability of the materials over time. It opens with a click and closes with a bayonet, is thin, takes up no space, and is made entirely of plastic.

FastConnect* is the revolutionary tube-to-tube connection system. Thanks to this system, we have eliminated all the screws and metal hardware previously used in some products. It improves elegance and aesthetics and opens the door to new high-design lines.

The system is 4-way and allows you to manually screw 2 tubular profiles. An easy operation but usually unattractive and not very resistant.

In fact, high-strength plastics with three-dimensional shapes make it easy to manage the interlocking between profiles, even of different dimensions.

FastSlide* was created in 2024, with the goal of integrating the screw hardware into the connection of 2 metal parts.

In previous products, the two parts were attached with screws; replaced with this system, it has allowed us to have a single block with both the screws, resistant to impacts and wear, and the bolts inserted. But everything contained and managed by a single block piece. No more screws scattered or lost during the assembly of a portable product.

FastSlide is a sliding system that, inserted into two metal parts, connects and fastens them quickly and intuitively, eliminating screws, bolts, and all the tools previously needed for this operation.

How do you screw a panel to a tubular profile without being able to rotate it? This is Fastand’s great idea for this type of problem. Thanks to this FastScrew30 system, you can screw a panel without tools and without rotating the tube.

The system is usually used in our reception desks, to facilitate assembly and allow everyone to easily set up a stand without using screws and various tools. Made entirely of ultra-resistant plastic, it is sold pre-assembled to simplify use. By rotating the knob lever, the joint is screwed inside the aluminum profile, allowing it to be screwed in.

Very similar in concept to the 30 system but with a different design, for a different purpose. This is Fastand’s great idea for this type of problem. Thanks to this FastScrew50 system, you can screw two aluminum profiles without tools and without rotating any profile.

The system is usually used in the Lineo wall version, but also in other specific cases. Thanks to this system, we are able to screw from any side and connect 2 aluminum profiles without rotating them, which allows any element to be assembled easily.

FastKnob* is the innovative tensioning and attachment system between panel and aluminum profile. Many tests and trials to find the best solution, which as always must be easy for the user during use but also effective and durable over time. Many factors together determine the success of this accessory, which, usually used in reception desks, offers the possibility of tensioning the Fastflex panel on the counter structure. Made of plastic and equipped with a metal wire coated in rubber, it works as a tensioner by winding the wire inside the system. Release is easy, by pulling the button outward. By pressing the button inward, the system is ready to rewind the wire.

This system is innovative and offers multiple possible scenarios for attaching accessories to a profile. FastBlock* in the 50 version, as shown in the photo, allows you to rotate the knob and insert it into the joint; by tightening onto the tube, the component is fixed at the desired height. It opens and closes easily and gives you the ability to decide the height of use of a brochure holder or other stand accessories.

The knob has a different thickness, so by rotating it, the diameter of the internal thickness changes, compressing onto the aluminum tube.

Attaching an accessory will be simpler and aesthetically perfect. Available in various colors, it is usually used in the Punto, Regale, and Stilo lines.
