It’s easy to organise a conference with Omni

From today, organising a conference using the Omni modular system is easy. You can create spaces of various sizes and add neutral white or grey walls;

or allow each exhibitor to personalise their space with their own branding.

In addition to stands of various sizes, different types can also be created, ranging from the classic design to those with low partition walls, which are suitable for conference and meeting venues.

You can add accessories such as leaflet pockets, signs of various shapes at the top featuring the participant’s logo, and a whole range of accessories to enhance and complete the client’s exhibition space, such as:

desk, free-standing leaflet stands, shelf displays, desk and coat rack.

Another important consideration is the lighting for the stand; the lights must be cool-white, low-voltage and, above all, designed for bridging, so that a large number can be installed using just a few cable runs – which are always difficult to position in such environments.

Set-up is straightforward as there are only two components: the stand and the panel. Once the stands have been assembled and positioned in the space, the fabric panels – complete with eyelets and horizontal tubes – are attached, and that’s it: the space is divided. In just a few minutes, the event will take shape and you can focus on the décor and the exhibitor’s specific requirements.
